Independence

70 percent of Media Tenor Tenor’s work is independent research. Media Tenor helps its partners through honest dialogue. This provides the basis to improve the quality of communication between messenger and receiver.

Transparency

Media Tenor is the only research institute analyzing political, social and economic news in a truly holistic fashion; clearly identifying what is and is not being covered by the media. Results are published on our website and in the Media Tenor Research Journal. Furthermore, under certain conditions universities and journalists also have access to the Media Tenor database.

Responsibility

Our research is made available to journalists as well as to the academic world, to support independent media and research. Additionally, we support the victims of Agenda Cutting and help them to reach the Awareness Threshold.
